Transformational Retreats

Transformational retreats are designed for groups that intend to contribute positively to the evolution of the world and are looking for an inspiring environment to reflect and take action. A carefully orchestrated agenda of activities is prepared for each group in order to provide the necessary immersion and focus for a significant collective experience, but also for an enriched personal inner journey of discovery.

Business leadership groups looking for a safe space to address sensitive strategic issues, groups of researchers who need calmness and inspiration to finalize environmental reports, leaders of the education sector who needed to take care of themselves after the isolation of the pandemic, are examples of groups that have already been deeply impacted by a retreat at Catuçaba or Picinguaba.

On two occasions, I was at Fazenda Catuçaba with groups of very dear people.

First, I went with a work group from an Association that I am part of, in an event we call Retreat (an annual trip that the group organizes). The theme of this meeting was Expansion of Consciousness, Mindfulness, with various activities aimed at the development of each member.

On the second occasion, we held a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company I work for, in the education sector. The purpose of the meeting was to inspire each other, unite the group, and relax.

Emmanuel says it well: "what we truly seek when we travel is meaning". Whatever the meaning, whatever the reason for your trip, Catuçaba is a heaven of deep contact with nature, with healthy food, with good people, who inspire us to improve.

We, collaborators of the Amazônia 2030 project, an initiative of Brazilian researchers that aims at sustainable economic and human development of the Legal Amazon, took advantage of the calm and serenity of Fazenda Catuçaba to hold a meeting for the strategic planning of the project.

Our group moved away from the routine and rush of the cities to perform a true deep immersion in the challenges and opportunities faced in the Amazon.

In addition to the great infrastructure, food and contact with nature, the team also enjoyed the affection and company of Chica and Clark, the two faithful dogs of the farm. Everything was really amazing. All the researchers were delighted.
